Terms of use

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using account features, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to have an account, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for online services. If you are under 18, or not yet an adult where you live, you may use an account only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Accounts found to belong to someone under the minimum age will be closed.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be used to harass people. Email dramaddict.support@gmail.com promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dramaddict to:

• break the law, threaten, harass, or impersonate another person;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to use;
• probe, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service or other accounts;
• bypass privacy controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.

Members can report a profile with the Report button on it. Anyone, with or without an account, can report content that breaks these rules or the law through the report page.

Your content

You keep responsibility for profile text and images you upload. You give Dramaddict permission to store, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate your profile and the visibility settings you select. You confirm that you have the rights needed for anything you upload.

This permission ends when the content or account is deleted, except for temporary backup copies and records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.

Catalogue information and third parties

Titles, credits, artwork, and related metadata may come from third-party services including TMDB and public MyDramaList pages. That information can occasionally be incomplete or change. Dramaddict is not endorsed by or affiliated with those services, and links to them are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability

Dramaddict may change, pause, or remove features as the service evolves. Reasonable care is taken to preserve user data, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Ending use of the service

You may stop using Dramaddict at any time, and you can permanently delete your account from Account in Profile studio. The operator may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect members, third-party services, or Dramaddict, including for serious or repeated violations. Where appropriate, the account holder will be told why, and a decision you believe is mistaken can be appealed by emailing dramaddict.support@gmail.com.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Dramaddict is provided on an “as available” basis. Catalogue data, imported information, recommendations, statistics, and game results may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you use Dramaddict as a consumer, you keep the protections that the law of the country where you live does not allow to be set aside, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, please email dramaddict.support@gmail.com first so it can be sorted out quickly and informally.

If you believe something on Dramaddict infringes your copyright or another right, report it through the report page. Content found to infringe will be removed, and accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be closed.

Enforcement and changes

Accounts that abuse the service, other people, or third-party systems may be limited or removed. These terms may be updated when the product or its legal obligations change. The date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated in the service where appropriate.
